REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery . To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at branahomesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without prior authorization, or that show signs of use, may not be eligible for a refund.
